About the role

  • Service technician responsible for installation and maintenance of cash systems in Münich. Working independently at customer sites and ensuring satisfaction in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Independently repair, install, and maintain payment and banking systems at customer sites
  • Work closely with our product management and support teams
  • Analyze, resolve, and document software and hardware issues
  • Serve as a competent point of contact for our customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
  • Initial experience in field service is desirable
  • Valid driving license class B
  • IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people, persuasive communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception), reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
