- Prepare schedules, checklists, and reports for each event.

Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Proven experience in event management, community management, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, budgets, contracts, timelines, and reports.
- Valid driver’s license (car is not required - car sharing can be used).
- Experience with sports-related events.
- Experience working with communities or meetups.
- Background in startups, tech, fintech, crypto, or web3.
