About the role

  • Loss Prevention overnight role monitoring property security and assisting guests at the hotel. Conducting inspections and responding to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests
  • Lock property entrances when required
  • Defuse guest/employee disturbances
  • Report vehicle accidents/thefts
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests

Requirements

  • Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and security systems
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
  • Assist guests with room access
  • Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR
  • Complete incident reports and handle complaints
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention reports
