Requirements
- 事業会社またはコンサルティングファーム等における、タレントマネジメント/組織人材開発領域の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
- サクセッションプランニング、またはタレントレビュー/アセスメントを活用した選抜・育成の設計/運用経験
- 経営陣・組織責任者を含む多様なステークホルダーと協働し、論点整理と合意形成をリードした経験
- 定性/定量データをもとに課題設定し、仕組み（プロセス・ガイド・KPI等）へ落とし込み、運用改善まで推進した経験
- 守秘性の高い情報を適切に取り扱い、ガバナンスを意識して業務を推進できること
- AIツール等を活用して業務の生産性/意思決定の質を高めた経験、またはその推進経験
