  • Provide independent advisory services and communicate with our customers by phone and e-mail
  • Manage orders and customer inquiries
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through fast and accurate support

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in customer support
  • You work reliably and meticulously
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Native-level German
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
