About the role

  • HR Business Partner overseeing people operations and recruitment at Menlo Research in Singapore. Focused on scaling HR functions and building effective talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR functions to support the company’s growth trajectory - including people ops, onboarding, employee administrative support, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement recruiting pipelines across the AI stack, by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
  • Track performance and calibrate pay & benefits
  • Plan internal and community events like AI hackathons, educational workshops, and build Menlo's brand among top tier talent

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people)
  • [Plus] HR Experience in global locations, e.g. Singapore
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations across a global team
  • Ability to adapt and execute quickly
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep interest in AI and productivity
