About the role

  • Sales Manager in the optical sector expanding Menicon's product reach in Germany. Building long-term customer relationships and representing the brand at events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

  • Expertise and commitment in selling Menicon products within your territory
  • Customer support and the development of long-term business relationships
  • Planning and organizing product trainings and events
  • Representing the company at trade shows
  • Coordinating appointments and ensuring efficient reporting

Requirements

  • Solid background in the optical industry and/or experience in sales management
  • Outgoing, personable and confident demeanor
  • Ability to pursue clear, analytical goals and contribute new ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Class B driving license and strong PC skills, especially Microsoft® Office
