About the role

  • Front Office Agent responsible for guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Providing personalized service and training for interns and trainees while managing daily transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal, individual assistance to guests during check-in and check-out
  • Oversee and manage the hotel cash register and daily cash handling
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling
  • Professionally onboard and train apprentices and interns

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good English communication skills
  • Warm and positive demeanour
  • Professional appearance
