About the role

  • Consultor Comercial role for an insurance brokerage focusing on active client acquisition. Responsibilities include customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting of new clients via outbound (phone calls, opportunities via Google, Leads2b and mailing lists, field visits, requesting referrals from existing clients);
  • Servicing an active client portfolio (answering questions during the policy period and providing first-level support in other cases);
  • Account maintenance and client visits.

Requirements

  • Must know how to drive and hold a Category B driver’s license;
  • Availability for short trips;
  • Experience in PAP sales, commercial/sales area and client prospecting;
  • University degree completed;
  • Experience selling transport insurance: RCTR-C and RCF-DC.
