About the role

  • Project Coordinator in Global Pricing & Contracting driving strategic initiatives and supporting transformative projects at Medtronic. Engaging with global teams while providing technical and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to designated Leaders
  • Leads the planning and organization of virtual and Face to Face meetings
  • Coordinates deliverables & timelines with global Pricing & Contracting teams
  • Provides project & program support
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports
  • Provides technical support including training, data extraction, data review

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of business operations
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Project management experience is an advantage
