About the role
- Senior Project Analyst managing technology projects for Hospital Care. Planning, monitoring, and administering projects while ensuring documentation and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and manage technology projects using formal processes and tools to oversee resources, budgets, and risks in coordination with managers;
- Ensure the project’s objectives and scope are clearly defined;
- Ensure execution of activity planning and maintenance of required documentation;
- Standardize and oversee monitoring and control activities for the Services directorate’s project portfolio, ensuring execution with an appropriate methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, Management, or a related field required;
- Previous experience delivering projects for corporate areas (Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, among others);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel;
- Experience with Power BI and Canva;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid — 2 days on-site);
- Willingness to travel occasionally;
- Residence in Campinas or the surrounding region.
