Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or high-growth tech industries.
  • Strong preference for manufacturing/production high volume recruiting experience
  • Strong business acumen —you understand how talent drives business success.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
  • A knack for balancing speed, quality, and a consultative approach to hiring.
  • Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.
  • Passion for customer service , ensuring both candidates and internal stakeholders have a best-in-class experience.
