About the role

  • Compliance Program Manager leading global compliance initiatives for Medtronic's Diabetes division. Supporting operational efficiency and navigating compliance in a newly independent public company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a critical member of the compliance team
  • Support the development and implementation of the global compliance program
  • Manage element(s) of the compliance program including policy and training
  • Manage the hotline and investigation program
  • Participate in the risk assessment process
  • Advise the business on HCP Interactions and transparency reporting
  • Develop actionable metrics and leverage insights
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and identifying bottlenecks
  • Utilize technology to streamline compliance processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Or, advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in senior compliance roles
  • Deep knowledge of medical device regulatory environments
  • Familiarity with Anti-Bribery, anti-corruption, anti-trust laws
  • Project management skills and familiarity with operational efficiencies
  • Experience managing compliance in a multinational environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Certifications such as CCEP, CIPP, or CHC preferred
