Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical member of the compliance team
- Support the development and implementation of the global compliance program
- Manage element(s) of the compliance program including policy and training
- Manage the hotline and investigation program
- Participate in the risk assessment process
- Advise the business on HCP Interactions and transparency reporting
- Develop actionable metrics and leverage insights
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and identifying bottlenecks
- Utilize technology to streamline compliance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Or, advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in senior compliance roles
- Deep knowledge of medical device regulatory environments
- Familiarity with Anti-Bribery, anti-corruption, anti-trust laws
- Project management skills and familiarity with operational efficiencies
- Experience managing compliance in a multinational environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Certifications such as CCEP, CIPP, or CHC preferred
