Responsibilities
Managing a high volume of calls from patients querying appointments, handling consultants and secretaries' queries, taking payments, issuing correspondence, etc.
Scheduling clinics
Managing and reviewing medical dictations
Scanning medical information and uploading to the PM system
Participate in weekly team meetings with management
Managing internal and external email queries
Ensure clients are getting the best us of the service
Assist with training of new members of staff when necessary
Ad-hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements
Attention to detail is essential
Comfortable speaking with clients or third parties, i.e secretaries, hospital personnel
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to multi-task/be flexible to the needs of the role
Ability to communicate/report effectively with manager/team members/clients and other third parties
Ability to work to targets
