Responsibilities

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience leading HR teams
Strong knowledge of HCM and Service Management platforms
Deep understanding of HR employee life cycle and associated business processes
Experience creating and maintaining HR knowledge base content
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify tangible opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation
