Responsibilities
You will join our New Business & Partnerships team and help shape the development of our strategic partner ecosystem — from technology partners and physician networks to clinic collaborations.
You will support the identification and development of partnerships across healthcare — from medical practices and physician networks to technology solutions.
You will research market and technology trends and help identify and prepare new opportunities.
You will prepare meetings with potential partners and support alignments at the decision-maker/executive level.
You will actively contribute to negotiations, partnership concepts and presentations.
You will support the implementation of new partnerships and assist with KPI tracking and performance measurement.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success — team before ego, always.
You will maintain communications with existing partners and support day-to-day partner management.
Requirements
Some initial experience in partnerships, business development, sales or project management — ideally in a startup, scale-up or healthcare environment.
You enjoy building relationships and engaging with people on equal footing.
You have strong organizational skills and can manage projects in a structured way.
Very good German language skills and good English.
Willingness to learn, curiosity and team spirit — the rest will grow with you.
