Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, both online and offline
Revise and continuously improve our website, including content management and SEO optimization
Analyze and evaluate website data and marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and support the sales pipeline
Support the planning and execution of online marketing activities (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC)
Create reports and regular analyses to monitor success and optimize marketing activities
Assist in producing marketing materials such as landing pages, blog posts, and newsletters
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualification
Strong affinity for AI
Some practical marketing experience, ideally in lead generation or website optimization
Solid knowledge of content management, SEO, and web analytics
Experience with CMS and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus
Creativity, organizational skills, and a good sense for trends in online marketing
Independent working style, team player, and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
