Responsibilities
Defining the strategy for training our sales organization to effectively sell and position the Ostomy Care portfolio to healthcare professionals and users
Developing training programs related to major commercial initiatives, such as product launches
Collaborating with our subsidiaries to support the execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives
Track impact and effectiveness of training initiatives, and create feedback loops to continuously improve commercial activities
Engage with field salesforce and call specialists in subsidiaries to ensure effective strategy implementation
Attend congresses and sales meetings, acting as a strong partner for our subsidiaries.
Requirements
Experience in developing sales training programs and materials within a B2B framework.
An ambitious professional with a knack for working both operationally and strategically in sales training.
Experience in learning and development, and working with Learning Management Systems (we use Mindtickle).
Hands-on experience in training sales representatives and managers.
Project management experience in a global company environment.
Proven skills in building relationships and managing stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and HQ departments.
Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage (Danish is not required).
Sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or a similar role.
