Responsibilities
Key role in building and scaling our demand generation activities.
Develop and optimize marketing processes and campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads (MQLs).
Plan, execute and analyze targeted campaigns across relevant digital channels.
Create high-quality, audience-specific content that strengthens ACCURIDS' position as a thought leader in pharmaceutical data and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with strategic priorities.
Requirements
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Initial hands-on marketing experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years of relevant experience), ideally in B2B or technology-driven environments.
Solid understanding of LinkedIn mechanics, content formats, engagement drivers, and performance optimization.
Ability to write precise, audience-targeted content in English.
Familiarity with digital tools (M365, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) and basic design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Initiative, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for building processes in a fast-growing company.
At least business-fluent English; fluent German is an advantage.
