Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, both online and offline
Revise and continuously improve our website, including content management and SEO optimization
Analyze and evaluate website data and marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and support the sales pipeline
Assist in planning and executing online marketing activities (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC)
Create reports and perform regular analyses for performance monitoring and optimization of marketing activities
Support the creation of marketing materials, e.g., landing pages, blog posts and newsletters
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualification
Strong affinity for AI
Initial practical experience in marketing, ideally in lead generation or website optimization
Solid knowledge of content management, SEO and web analytics
Very good experience with CMS and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Creativity, strong organizational skills and a good sense for online marketing trends
Independent working style, team player and strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English
