About the role

  • Associate Marketing Manager at Newell Brands driving commercialization of Rubbermaid products. Collaborating with global teams for marketing initiatives and budget management in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products in collaboration with global brand teams, inclusive of assortment recommendations, display creation, pricing, item setups, and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely execution of launch plans and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Partner with Market Development and Planning to manage trade shows and customer line reviews.
  • Work with Shopper Marketing Manager to create compelling instore displays.
  • Analyze POS and invoice sales to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for assortment expansion and portfolio optimization.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for Rubbermaid Commercial, including purchase orders and reconciliation.
  • Serve as Rubbermaid Commercial’s evangelist in Canada with a deep understanding of our products as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG or retail.
  • Experience working in a B2B channel environment is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
