About the role

  • Marketing Specialist enhancing marketing and communication mix for Axians Infoma Schweiz. Collaborating with team to raise visibility and execute campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and further development of the marketing and communications mix for Axians Infoma Schweiz
  • Increase visibility in online and print media
  • Responsibility for the marketing concept and marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales Manager
  • Design and implementation of advertising campaigns and other communication measures
  • Creation of customer surveys and analysis of market and competitor activities
  • Planning, organization and active support for customer events and internal events
  • Support in the preparation and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Administrative and general support for the sales team
  • Management and maintenance of the CRM system and support with customer data maintenance
  • Processing orders in the ERP system
  • Support in product management, particularly with pricing and costing tools

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship with further training in Marketing/PR (Swiss federal diploma [eidg. FA] or equivalent qualification)
  • Understanding of a modern multi-channel marketing approach in a B2B environment
  • Good knowledge of simple and complex ICT environments
  • Very good user skills in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Product knowledge in ICT Managed Services
  • Good understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations)
  • Professional demeanour and clear, audience-appropriate communication
  • Team player, reliable and resilient
  • Hands-on mentality, high initiative and motivation
  • Goal- and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken; English and French are an advantage.
