Responsibilities
Development of digital strategies (planning and analysis of campaign results);
Planning and execution of A/B tests;
Analysis of key campaign KPIs such as CAC, CPC, CPL, ROI, generating insights from the presented data;
Control and management of campaign budgets;
Documentation to record the history of tests performed;
Competitor research and a strategic mindset for defining target audiences;
Implementation of campaign tagging and tracking (UTM, Goals, Tracking);
Presentation of action plans for campaigns;
Conducting market studies and recommending process and activity improvements based on industry best practices;
Monitoring updates from media platforms and applying them in daily operations;
Managing and prioritizing projects based on the potential impact of the initiative.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
Degrees in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields are also considered;
Practical experience in tracking results, KPIs, report generation, analysis and optimization;
Knowledge of the media landscape, ad formats and specifications;
Experience building reports and media tracking;
Strong relationships with media channels;
Proven ability to create and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as other paid channels;
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for creating and presenting reports;
Knowledge of Google Analytics.
