About the role

  • UX/UI Designer creating optimized web experiences for a fast-growing digital publishing house. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive conversion and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize web experiences, landing pages, and user flows with a strong focus on conversion and performance
  • Own the end-to-end design process for web-focused projects, from concept to final handoff
  • Collaborate closely with CRO specialists to ideate, test, and refine UX/UI solutions
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate design decisions and improve conversion rates
  • Use analytics, research, and qualitative insights to inform and support your design choices
  • Present multiple design options and clearly explain trade-offs and recommendations
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, production-ready outcomes
  • Contribute to improving design processes, workflows, and design system usage within the team

Requirements

  • Solid experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing web and landing page work focused on conversion and measurable results
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and A/B testing to guide design decisions (hands-on experience is a strong plus)
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with CRO, development, and business teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver designs ready for development
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
