Responsibilities
- Help shape intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex, data-driven products.
- Work on Ververica Unified Streaming Data Platform portfolio used by engineers and technical users.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn complex technical capabilities into usable and well-designed experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong experience designing data-driven applications, dashboards, and complex workflows
- Solid skills in prototyping and creating PoCs (low- to high-fidelity) to communicate ideas effectively
- Proven ability to design clear, usable interfaces for technical or professional users
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Experience designing products for cloud environments, developer tools, or enterprise software
- Strong background in data visualization principles and best practices
- Familiarity with metrics-driven design and using data to validate design decisions
- Experience working closely with frontend engineering teams on implementation details
- Exposure to UX research methods and usability testing
- Experience designing for scalability, performance-sensitive, or highly configurable products
