About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design efforts within our Forward Impact Teams (FIT Pods)
- Utilize cutting-edge AI tools, rapid prototyping, and lean-team approach
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to iterate on digital products
- Create, maintain, and evolve design standards, ensuring accessibility compliance
- Deliver end-to-end design for high-impact projects under tight deadlines
- Design and document assistant behaviors and conversational UX
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- 6+ years of progressive UX design experience
- Extensive experience working with AI-driven design tools and platforms
- Demonstrate experience designing Conversational UX (chat and/or voice)
- Demonstrate experience designing Agentic AI workflows
- Strong experience in managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Expertise in leading design strategy and execution for digital products
- A robust portfolio demonstrating experience with system-level design thinking
- Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design
