Responsibilities
Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for Reconomy’s multi-brand digital ecosystem
Translate business and user requirements into elegant, user-centred designs
Apply UX best practices and challenge solutions constructively
Contribute to and evolve UX guidelines, UI toolkits, and design systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate design changes and impacts
Use data, insights, and user research to inform and iterate on designs
Partner with CRO specialists to proactively identify and implement improvements
Advocate for inclusive and accessible design, supporting accessibility standards and legislation
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your process and outcomes
Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies
Experience designing accessible and inclusive digital experiences
Ability to use data and insights to guide design decisions
Hands-on experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools (Jira, Notion, Monday)
Nice to have: Experience planning and running user research
Familiarity with user insight tools (e.g. Hotjar or similar)
Degree in a relevant field (HCI, Design, Digital Media)
Top 3 Must-Have: Strong UX/UI expertise with a user-first mindset and solid portfolio
Proven ability to design accessible, data-informed digital experiences at scale
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
