About the role

• Staff Product Designer leading design across iOS, Android, and Web for Blinq, the digital business card provider. Transforming user connection through intuitive product design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web - from insight to execution
• Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense
• Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone
• Test, learn, and iterate fast to run lean loops to get real-world feedback into the product
• Push design thinking forward and bring perspective, challenge assumptions, and elevate the bar across the team

Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with a portfolio that shows sharp thinking and real impact
• Strong interaction + visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow
• Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams
• Bias for simplicity; you make complex feel effortless - and know when good is good enough
• You guide decisions, share rationale, and help others do their best work
