About the role

  • Prospect, research, and qualify new B2B leads across global markets
  • Run initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to secure high-quality discovery meetings
  • Understand client challenges and identify where our digital advertising and content solutions may fit
  • Maintain clean CRM records, track activity, and support accurate pipeline visibility
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messages and improve conversion rates
  • Share market feedback and prospect insights that help shape product and sales strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or outbound prospecting, with a focus on generating new business opportunities
  • An interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a willingness to learn quickly
  • Curiosity about digital media or publishing — experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects across email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Good CRM habits and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
  • A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • A bias for action — you test, iterate, and look for ways to improve your outreach
  • Persistence and resilience, especially when navigating high-volume outbound work
  • Experience or interest in working with global markets is a strong plus
