Responsibilities
Prospect, research, and qualify new B2B leads across global markets
Run initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to secure high-quality discovery meetings
Understand client challenges and identify where our digital advertising and content solutions may fit
Maintain clean CRM records, track activity, and support accurate pipeline visibility
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messages and improve conversion rates
Share market feedback and prospect insights that help shape product and sales strategy
Requirements
Experience in sales or outbound prospecting, with a focus on generating new business opportunities
An interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a willingness to learn quickly
Curiosity about digital media or publishing — experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects across email, LinkedIn, and calls
A proactive, self-starting attitude and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
Good CRM habits and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
A bias for action — you test, iterate, and look for ways to improve your outreach
