Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the launch and optimization of diverse PPC campaigns
  • Elevate campaign performance in real-time
  • Craft and execute high-complexity digital marketing strategies and projects
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of KPIs, ensuring we meet and exceed our goals
  • Leverage the latest trends in biddable media to make informed decisions
  • Craft captivating ad copy that resonates with our audience

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIs
  • Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Tech-savvy — understands how Google’s algorithm works, and can set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
  • Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in English
