About the role

  • Performance Marketing Specialist at Lexroom.ai managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. Collaborating with design and content teams to optimize performance and report metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta — owning briefs, copy, and creatives end-to-end.
  • Monitor daily performance, manage budgets and pacing, and run A/B tests to continuously optimise results.
  • Track and report on core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS), build dashboards, and support attribution modelling across the funnel.
  • Work with design and content teams to develop and iterate on landing pages, ensuring ad-to-page message consistency.
  • Test new channels and audience segments, set up retargeting campaigns, and localise activity across IT, ES, DE, and EN markets.
  • Collaborate with PMM, sales, and the performance lead to keep campaigns aligned with product launches and lead quality goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing — agency or in-house.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one major platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta), with a solid grasp of core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Knowledge of CMS tools is required, basic HTML/CSS, or SEO fundamentals is nice to have.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or across Southern European / DACH markets is a plus.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Italian. Spanish and/or German is a strong plus.
