About the role

  • Campaign Manager for optimizing Google Ads in Düsseldorf, focusing on e-commerce clients' performance and high budget management in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • You operationally optimize the Google Ads accounts of our growth clients (primarily Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and, where applicable, Display/Video/Demand Gen).
  • You manage budgets and bidding strategies according to clearly defined goals (ROAS, POAS, CPA, conversion rate, profitability).
  • You develop clean, scalable campaign and feed structures aligned with the customer journey.
  • You analyze performance data, identify patterns, and derive concrete optimization measures and tests that you implement directly in the account.
  • You test levers such as custom labels, audience signals, margin logic, and creatives — and convert winning setups into stable standards.
  • You work closely with Account Management, copy, design, and tracking — your focus is always on impact rather than activity.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, ideally in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Search, Shopping, and ideally Performance Max campaigns.
  • Confident handling of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV; POAS/profit-oriented thinking is a plus.
  • Preferably initial experience with feed optimization, custom labels, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, or CRO/A-B testing.
  • Strong focus on data, audiences, budgets, and creatives — you think in levers, not in “actions”.
  • Structured working style, high quality awareness, and well-documented setups.
  • Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and desire to grow professionally and personally.
