About the role

  • Senior Online Marketing Manager managing Full-Service clients in the automotive sector. Overseeing strategic and operational implementation within a performance marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Client management (full-service) with regular touchpoints and status calls
  • Monthly standing meeting for conceptual and strategic client consulting (e.g., mindmaps, Miro, strategic guardrails)
  • Editorial planning & monthly posting roadmaps
  • Approvals and review of creatives, reels and copy
  • Onboarding new clients together with the CEO
  • Team management & quality assurance
  • Task management for content (video, reels) & performance
  • Technical coordination: internal fulfillment team + external implementers (e.g., videographers)
  • Ensuring deadlines, quality & output
  • Problem solving, early detection of bottlenecks & stabilization of video productions: conceptual development of video content (shot list, topic structure) together with the videographer & team
  • Hands-on social media expertise: identify topics, hooks and content ideas
  • Create content editorial plans and prepare copy where needed
  • Modern, trend-aware, strong in reaching target audiences
  • System / structure setup (first half-year)
  • SOPs, templates, standard editorial plans, clear workflows, clear roles and handovers
  • Continuous development through use of new technologies, AI and automations
  • Goal: “Fulfillment runs independently without the CEO”

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working in an agency
  • Experience as an Account Manager, Campaign Lead or Content Lead
  • Social media expertise (Meta, Reels and content trends) as well as SEO and SEA
  • Confident and professional communication with clients
  • Ability to coordinate a team on a technical/subject-matter level
  • Structured working style & ownership mindset
  • Nice to have: experience in the automotive industry
