About the role

  • Digital Marketing Coordinator for Journeys overseeing paid social media strategy and campaigns across platforms. Coordinating and executing digital marketing awareness campaigns to achieve brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the paid digital media strategy for Journeys in the US and Canada.
  • Help execute paid social initiatives to achieve Journeys Group business objectives across a variety of social media: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to manage tasks and deadlines for paid social media campaigns.
  • Organize, maintain, and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
  • Communicate, collaborate and work cross-functionally with the necessary teams/individuals to fulfill paid social content deliverables.
  • Coordinate and test digital marketing awareness campaigns across emerging channels.
  • Work closely with the organic social team to help boost and amplify organic social content.
  • Work with our paid digital agency to assist with full-funnel, paid media efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally to support and execute product launches and key brand stories.
  • Coordinate with Retail team, Social Media team, and agency to recap all paid digital media efforts.

Requirements

  • Organized & detail-oriented
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience and knowledge of social media content management
  • Experience curating static assets and editing video assets
  • Understanding of social-native content and creative
  • Knowledgeable in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Asana
  • Clear understanding of youth and cultural marketing a plus
  • Knowledge of the Journeys Retail business is a plus
  • Preferred 4-year degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Some travel may be required
