Responsibilities
Drive adoption and evolution of Digital Marketing Experts service line through alignment with Global IMS, Group Marketing, Zones, and SBUs
Implement standard ways of working and best practices supported by training and onboarding plans
Lead people management activities including coaching, mentoring, and performance development
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and quality
Develop proposals for scope expansion and integrated solutions to address business challenges
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and exceed expectations
Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery across categories
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
4–6 years in Digital Marketing or eBusiness (agency or FMCG experience preferred)
Minimum 4 years managing teams, including remote teams
Strong understanding of digital marketing levers (paid, earned, owned)
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex organizational structures
Excellent presentation and content creation skills
