About the role

  • Lead the evolution of Digital Marketing Experts service line at Nestlé Business Solutions. Drive strategic solutions and manage a team of experts in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and evolution of Digital Marketing Experts service line through alignment with Global IMS, Group Marketing, Zones, and SBUs
  • Implement standard ways of working and best practices supported by training and onboarding plans
  • Lead people management activities including coaching, mentoring, and performance development
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop proposals for scope expansion and integrated solutions to address business challenges
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and exceed expectations
  • Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery across categories

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–6 years in Digital Marketing or eBusiness (agency or FMCG experience preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years managing teams, including remote teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing levers (paid, earned, owned)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Excellent presentation and content creation skills
