Responsibilities
Identify potential prospects (leads) through proactive prospecting and acquisition of new prospects (phone calls, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate commercial relationships and generate new business.
Manage the Sales Pipeline by organizing all stages such as Prospecting, Proposal Submission, Follow-up and Closing to control, monitor progress and forecast sales results.
Map prospects by understanding their profiles, behaviors and characteristics to qualify potential prospects and prioritize those with high purchasing power.
Provide human-centered service through attentive and welcoming dialogue, delivering necessary information about products and services within established service and quality standards.
Perform other related and job-inherent activities as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth as a learning opportunity and according to area needs.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs) and new commercial projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in active client prospecting focused on the insurance market
Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, business-oriented, with assertive communication, pipeline management and negotiation skills
Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) lines
