Benefits
Flat hierarchy and respectful leadership: transparent decision‑making — here what counts is your ability, not your job title.
Truly flexible working: no core hours, home office and in many roles location‑independent work to give you more freedom.
Enjoyable learning & development: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: foosball evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel‑good activities for community and team spirit.
International projects with wow factor: our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with continuously new challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: through OpenUp we offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters.
Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team runs cleanup actions, donation projects, the MCI book club and much more — sustainable action is our stance, not a trend.
Equal opportunities as standard: fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — diversity and equal opportunity are lived values.
An office that feels like home: modern technology, cosy seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — everything to help you perform at your best. Pets are welcome too.
More than just a salary: 30 days of vacation in full‑time, paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — the support you want.
Family friendliness in practice: we know family comes first. Whether parental leave, daycare subsidies or short‑term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without giving up professionally.
Networking and peer exchange for young professionals: mentoring programmes and regular peer meetups — for a strong start to your career and valuable connections.
