About the role

  • As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from small, intimate events to large-scale productions.
  • Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
  • Consultant: You build and maintain relationships with your clients within projects, advise and guide them according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
  • Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • Commercial responsibilities: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
  • Idea contributor: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross‑team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
  • Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, and a business mindset
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel
