About the role

  • Junior Project Manager focusing on creative live experiences for national and international clients. Coordinating events from concept to execution with emphasis on client satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • You plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts and bring them to life, creating unique events and satisfied clients.
  • You build and develop relationships with your clients, advise them according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
  • You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
  • You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident presence in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Affinity for and interest in AI
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, business-minded thinking
  • Enjoyment of travel
