Responsibilities
You plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts and bring them to life, creating unique events and satisfied clients.
You build and develop relationships with your clients, advise them according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident presence in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Affinity for and interest in AI
Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, business-minded thinking
Enjoyment of travel
