About the role

  • Sourcing Coordinator supporting procurement processes and managing supplier relationships at McCormick. Utilizing SAP for pricing and contract maintenance with a focus on operational excellence in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

  • Overall support of operational procurement processes (Contract Manufacturing, Raw Materials or Packaging)
  • Contract maintenance
  • Pricing management and reporting
  • Supplier OA monitoring & maintaining pricing files in SAP
  • Resolving issues related to ordering process
  • Managing material and vendor master data in various systems
  • Responding to queries (from suppliers, factories, business)
  • Providing general admin support to Buyers & Category Managers
  • Preparing simple reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • 2 or more years’ experience in operational procurement or production planning area
  • Fluent English
  • Practical experience in SAP (R3 or S4)
  • Intermediate to advanced PC Skills in MS Word and Excel required
  • Proactive in identifying and supporting customer needs
  • Focus on details and quality of service delivered
  • Problem solving skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required
