About the role

  • Overseeing and optimizing payroll policies and processes across multiple regions
  • Initiates process and system changes and enhancements
  • Build and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders within Finance, HR and other related business units
  • Develop policies and strategies for global payroll that enable centralized and simplified processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in payroll operations in a global organization
  • Experience with SAP, Workday, ADP payroll platforms, or other payroll systems
  • Expertise in the end-to-end global payroll process
  • Strong understanding of payroll, time and attendance, and employee data management processes
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
