Requirements
Experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Generalist role
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills across cultures
Fluent Spanish and English (additional language, e.g. Portuguese, is a plus)
