Requirements

- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills across cultures
- Fluent Spanish and English (additional language, e.g. Portuguese, is a plus)
