About the role

  • Governance Consultant managing family governance projects. Supporting shareholders and family businesses with their professionalization and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage governance actions and projects and related initiatives (Family Governance, Shareholder Academy, Family Office, and Philanthropy);
  • Serve as the interface with the board/partner, team, and external partners;
  • Prepare management reports on project outcomes and KPIs;
  • Ensure best practices and proper functioning of project structures;
  • Manage strategic partners to ensure delivery quality and identify new opportunities;
  • Research and source content, studies, and materials on governance, leadership, and shareholder development;
  • Support clients and partners and ensure the quality of project delivery;
  • Prepare DISC feedback reports with support from the team;
  • Organize materials and protocols;
  • Conduct initial assessments of family businesses (with team support);
  • Draft proposals (gathering requirements with clients and partners);
  • Update manuals and processes.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with DISC, Predictive Index (PI), and MBTI assessments
  • Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and structured thinking
  • Referral or recommendation required (position of trust)
