- Serve as the interface with the board/partner, team, and external partners;

- Ensure best practices and proper functioning of project structures;
- Manage strategic partners to ensure delivery quality and identify new opportunities;
- Research and source content, studies, and materials on governance, leadership, and shareholder development;
- Support clients and partners and ensure the quality of project delivery;
- Prepare DISC feedback reports with support from the team;
- Organize materials and protocols;
- Conduct initial assessments of family businesses (with team support);
- Draft proposals (gathering requirements with clients and partners);
- Update manuals and processes.
Requirements
- Intermediate English
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DISC, Predictive Index (PI), and MBTI assessments
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
