Responsibilities
Provide administrative, coordination, governance and quality assurance support to the IT & Operations Life team
Recommend IT controls by identifying issues, proposing improved procedures and supporting efficiency improvements.
Oversee user access management processes across countries
Perform regular quality assurance checks to prevent audit findings.
Verify evidence of completed backups and recovery tests and ensure alignment with company standards and audit requirements.
Maintain governance documentation and provide reporting on compliance status, risks, and remediation progress.
Act as the primary liaison for Central IT Technical audits.
Coordinate internal and external technical audits
Manage the quality of development life cycle by reviewing adherence to standards, controls and change governance.
Support solution delivery quality
Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases
Liaise with country IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on risks and governance activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
Relevant IT certifications will be advantageous.
3-5 years experience in IT administration, governance coordination, compliance or project support experience
Experience in environments reliant on accuracy, verification, operational and improving initiatives
Experience contributing to IT or operational initiatives
