Responsibilities

  • Serving as the key digital bridge between the bank and its SME clients.
  • Driving proactive client engagement and overseeing seamless onboarding and post-onboarding support.
  • Ensuring tailored financial solutions and accountable for performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Managing Lead Management & Drop-off Handling, NSTP Scenarios, Assisted client onboarding, and Complaints Handling.
  • Cross-Selling within 3 MOB.

  • Strong sales knowledge & market trends/investments/ Financial Market Knowledge
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar job.
