About the role

  • Work with the C-Suite to leverage and best systemize their time and delivery on strategic priorities of the business
  • Provide decisive and tactical guidance to the C-suite and leadership team
  • Partner with the C-Suite and leadership team to drive key initiatives
  • Advocate and ensure alignment on vision and priorities
  • Act as a Project Manager to provide strategic guidance and oversight on cross-functional projects spanning the entire organization
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure C-Suite readiness around regular business cadence
  • Identify opportunities for technology optimization to drive greater executive alignment and corporate execution to increase value realization for customers
  • Prioritize and maximize calendar activities and extend bandwidth of the C-Suite
  • Create an agenda for and facilitate weekly leadership meetings
  • Track action items and drive them to completion
  • Brief the C-Suite and drive the customer and stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute executive and internal communications for C-Suite
  • Support change management and communication plans as necessary
  • Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize engagements and brief accordingly
  • Oversee customer engagement and participation in key industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a business management role
  • 5 years spent in a small to mid-size business
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience is a prerequisite for this role
  • Executive presence, highly collaborative with a strong ability to prioritize
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex, matrixed, global organization at the strategic and tactical level
  • Affinity for building strong relationships and leading through influence
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a bias for execution and ability to delegate
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Attention to details is key
  • Change management savviness and an elevated level of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
