Responsibilities
Technical and strategic leadership of the Amazon Marketing team.
Responsible for the development of Amazon Advertising services and management of all clients' Amazon advertising activities.
Development of cross-channel Amazon marketing strategies (PPC, DSP, AMC).
Strategic client advisory at C-level for complex Amazon Advertising matters.
Identifying new tools, trends and automation opportunities and integrating them into processes.
Preparing and presenting analyses, reports and forecasts to manage budgets and performance targets.
Close collaboration with Content, Account Management and Data teams to implement holistic marketing strategies.
Requirements
Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Communications) or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, AMC) with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
Strong communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leading and developing a team.
Structured, solution-oriented working style with experience using relevant Amazon Advertising tools.
Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluent German and English.
