Senior Marketing Analyst managing online and offline media strategies for Pernambucanas. Structuring media strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with various teams in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
Structure and propose media strategies (online and offline) for institutional, promotional and seasonal campaigns
Recommend investment allocation across channels, formats and regions with a focus on efficiency and impact
Direct and oversee media agency(ies), ensuring campaign quality, consistency and performance
Build integrated media plans (digital, TV, radio, OOH, among others) for alignment and approval with leadership
Ensure integration between online and offline channels, promoting message consistency and amplifying results
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, connecting media KPIs to business outcomes
Develop performance analyses and studies (e.g., post-campaign reports, learnings and opportunities)
Identify opportunities and propose new channels, formats and media solutions
Work with the e-commerce performance media team to ensure smoother funnel flow and channel synergy
Partner with areas such as Branding, Commercial, CRM and BI to build more efficient campaigns
Support leadership in decision-making based on data, benchmarks and market intelligence
Ensure organization, governance and tracking of media investments and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
Experience in planning and managing online and offline media
Experience with larger-scale campaigns (retail experience is a relevant advantage)
Experience interfacing with media agencies
Experience building media plans and conducting performance analyses
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
