About the role

  • Senior Marketing Analyst ensuring marketing deadlines and priorities at Pernambucanas. Collaborating with teams while managing multiple marketing projects in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure deadlines and priorities for marketing requests
  • Analyze and organize incoming briefings
  • Assign tasks across the team (design, copywriting, proofreading, etc.)
  • Monitor progress of deliverables, ensuring schedules are met
  • Resolve operational questions from the team and align information across departments
  • Manage and update production schedules
  • Ensure proper workflow and timely delivery of the Creative Team's productions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields
  • Previous experience in traffic/production within marketing or an agency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between departments
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent requests
  • Familiarity with task management tools
  • Basic knowledge of creative workflows and asset production.
