Responsibilities
Support all Mark Allen Group brands by delivering accurate, timely data selections for circulation and marketing activity.

Produce tracking reports and click-through data in line with agreed formats, timelines, and policies.
Upload and manage data within Adestra (our proprietary email system), ensuring datasets are accurate, structured, and ready for campaigns, events, and surveys.
Prepare and manage data selections for B2B journal distribution, including print and digital, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Support ABC audit administration, including preparing claims, submitting files, and compiling audit figures.
Work closely with brand managers, production teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions, manage ad hoc requests, and maintain clear communication on timelines and updates.
Requirements
Strong data handling skills, particularly in Excel, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work on time.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with Access or SQL querying.
Experience in email marketing or campaign setup.
