About the role

  • Coordenador(a) de Marketing overseeing branding and communication for Maple Bear franchise network. Leading projects and ensuring brand consistency in various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent application of the brand across all materials and communication channels;
  • Approve marketing and communication materials produced by the team or partners;
  • Ensure consistency of the brand narrative and positioning across the company’s various initiatives;
  • Plan and manage institutional campaigns, projects and communication materials;
  • Develop communication plans for projects in partnership with different areas of the company.
  • **Communication with the Franchise Network**
  • Develop and execute the communication strategy for the franchise network (owners);
  • Ensure the transfer of know-how and marketing best practices to the network;
  • Coordinate the production of materials, guides and marketing guidelines for franchisees;
  • Support the implementation and adherence of institutional campaigns at the network’s schools.
  • **Content Management and Digital Communication**
  • Lead the brand’s content strategy;
  • Supervise the production of content for the blog and social media;
  • Monitor the performance of content initiatives and digital presence.
  • **Results Analysis**
  • Consolidate and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and communication projects;
  • Prepare reports and executive presentations with results and recommendations.
  • **Team Management**
  • Lead, mentor and develop the team’s analysts;
  • Prioritize tasks and track the team’s deliverables and execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism or related fields;
  • Previous experience managing communication and marketing campaigns;
  • Experience in team coordination or leadership;
  • Experience in project management and interfacing with different company areas;
  • Experience in content management and digital communication.
